please note* When leaving your apartment for an extended time, please be sure to leave your AC turned on and set to at least 85 degrees. (this will prevent mold and mildew buildup). Do not adjust your refrigerator or hot water heater settings. Please remove all perishables from cabinets before you leave. |

Swimming Pool News and Rules The Chateau Apartments pool is officially open. Please come and enjoy. The pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Sunday until Memorial Day weekend, and then it will stay open until 9:00 p.m.

Pet News To All Pet Owners: The management spends a great deal of time and money to continually improve the natural beauty of the grounds and landscape. We ask that you please pick up after your pet, and not allow your pet to use the landscape beds to walk in. To assist you, we have installed a dog waste receptacle, including pick up bags, by the recycling bins at the 600 Building. Please be considerate of your neighbors and our landscaping staff.
